This Privacy Policy explains how Big People's Things ("BPT", "we", "us" or "our") handles information in connection with our website, marketplace activity, social-media accounts and internal business automation tools.
1. Who we are

2. Information we may process
- information supplied through a marketplace or social platform;
- order, product, listing and inventory information;
- messages or enquiries you send to us;
- analytics and reporting data made available by connected platforms; and
- technical account identifiers needed to operate approved integrations.
3. Pinterest and other platform integrations
BPT may use approved platform APIs, including the Pinterest API, to manage our own business content. This may include creating and scheduling Pins, reading our own Pins and boards, obtaining account reporting or analytics, and supporting ecommerce product publishing.
Our Pinterest integration is intended for BPT's own authenticated business account unless a platform separately approves a broader use case.
4. How we use information
We use information only for legitimate business purposes, including operating product listings, managing inventory, responding to enquiries, measuring performance, improving our selling activity, maintaining account security and complying with applicable legal obligations.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers and platforms that we use to operate the business, subject to their own terms and privacy practices, or where disclosure is required by law.

We take reasonable steps to protect business and account information. Passwords, API secrets, access tokens and similar credentials are not published on this website and should be stored securely.

To request deletion of personal information held directly by BPT, email bigpeoplesthings@gmail.com. Requests relating to data held by a third-party marketplace or social platform may also need to be made directly to that platform.
